Benjamin Koch

Ben is a Senior Associate at Cross Rapids. He joined Cross Rapids in March 2026. Prior to joining Cross Rapids, he worked at Main Post Partners as an Associate from 2025 to 2026 and as an Analyst from 2023 to 2024, where he focused on buyout and growth investments in the Consumer sector. Ben began his career in the Diversified Alternative Equity group at Barings.

Ben graduated with Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude honors from Vanderbilt University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics.
